Yes a lot of times. I attended plenty of drunken frat parties in college where hooking up in front of everyone was a regular occurrence lol. And I was either married or in a relationship over the past 14 years (until recently) so kissing in parks, restaurants, beaches, movie theaters, etc. was nothing out of the ordinary.
