What is the earliest memory you have?

Moving from Mexico to the United States with my family when I was three (1981), and waiting at the port of entry station with other families for what seemed like an eternity.

I remember going on a date with my dad and coming home with my mom

Flushing a toy train down the toilet which clogged it.

The clearest early memories, are when I was 3 or 4 and my dad had been stationed to Germany, the first time. It was either finding that little abandoned blue bird's egg at a 'ruin' we stopped at...or that man who scolded me because I went into the igloo he'd constructed in the back of the of base housing.

Winning a bicycle in a drawing when I was three.

Dropping my beloved stuff animal kitty out of my crib and crying because I could not reach it. I remember the hall light streaming in, just enough to see the little face of the stuff animal looking up at me.

I believe I was 2 or 3 years old.

I have lots of early memories of my visit to relatives down South when I was about three or four. I remember my cousins taking me to a movie in town. We had to go upstairs and sit in the balcony, which I didn’t like. My cousins told me basically, that we had to and changed the subject. I enjoyed spending time with them, though.

4th or 5th birthday.. got a toy lawnmower and proceeded to "mow" grandma's yard while the other kids were inside eating cake and ice cream...

I was 4, my mom was in the hospital giving birth to my sister. I was at home with my grandma, who gave me my favorite candy.

The wooden boardwalks at Yellowstone and being mad I wasn't allowed to push my stroller / throwing a fit at ~1.5

On my dads shoulders walking through the forest, I was 3 or 4

Going with my family out to a farm. We were going there to pick up a puppy that had been advertised by the farmer there. I was two years old and that dog ended up being with us for 21 years.
