Since the only penalty for speeding is tickets does that mean that insanely rich people could drive as fast as they want and just pay the tickets? 🤔

In some states yoju can rack up a LOT ot tickets as long as you pay them.
In some, you put 40 grand in an escrow account/ you dont have to have car insurance.
Those fines might hurt a working class guy,
But are not much to the 6 fig+ crowd
