How do you deal with scam callers?
They are becoming increasingly annoying. I have multiple calls each day. 😡
Today, this happened:
I answered an ‘unknown’ number.
The automated recording said my social insurance number was under investigation and that I needed to clear this up to avoid being arrested.
*press 1 to speak to an agent
Agent: Hello how can I help you?
Me: I don’t know. You just gave me a recording saying I need to clear up my social insurance number.
Agent: okay ma’am, just give me your name so I can pull up your file.
Me: Ohhh noooo, not this again. The last time I did this, it got all serious....I know how it’s gonna go. I’ll give you all my info.....then you’re gonna fall in love with me....and I’ll have to break——-

She hung up.
I didn’t even get to finish. 😆
