Folding safety belt release knife in glove box.
Jumper leads (to help stranded others.)

@Nimbus I would have added ID, rego and insurance papers - but with only three items allowed, I had to prioritise.

@Nimbus Having a car is incredibly convenient and hugely expands what we can accomplish.
But not having one is far better for the planet - so you have my deepest respect.
