If you plan on investing with Fundrise, please know their polices first.

I went to cash out my money and was told it might be 3 months or more, and it might be possible due to technicalities that i could not even get it out. this is scary. glad I did not invest more.

Were you eventually able to withdraw your funds? Was thinking about investing with them.

I asked for it back in June, they said i had to leave it 3 years or it would cost 3% but so far i have got nothing. I did ok with US Bank auto investments, from Sept to Jan but then it tanked in Jan, and i bailed , lost all i had gained, and 700.00 on top of that. I invested in mobile homes to rent, i understand that better.
@Silverwings So has your initial investment in Fundrise at least appreciated in value (even though you haven't taken it out)? I hear since it's real estate related they've taken a hit.

@DudeistPriest Yes it keeps gaining, i just checked it, and it has gained 77.00 since Oct and i invested 1000.00. I am at Core level.
