Make a paste out of water, toothpaste, and salt. Put it on the bites and let it dry.

@RedwoodBarman if you add too much water you'll know, since the paste will be too wet to actually apply. So you don't need to actually measure it out so long as it becomes the right consistency. The issue would be if you add so much salt it becomes grainy and you don't like the texture, but it wouldn't actually do any harm. Though if you were literal when you said "bloody", treat the wound before the bugbite. Salt on infection is never fun. In that case,Use Hydrogen peroxide, dry off the area, then use Neosporin and wait for that to dry before applying the paste.
