How do you identify reality?

You personally. How can [i]you [/i]be sure this is real?

I know that my intellect is not capable of processing what is beyond the veil of my perceived reality, I sense there are other planes of existence behind the curtain of my limitations.

By default we live in reality. That’s how you can identity reality. It’s outside circumstances that allow someone to become deluded.
