Are women and men treated differently?

The differences range from subtle to damn obvious - some are good, some are bad... Think about how big the world of human transaction is - and that's how big the world of bias is 🤷‍♀️

-Shock - if you work in a male predominated field.

- Aggression and spitefulness if you do better than other male attempts to do something.

-comments ignored if you know something about a topic males don't, or you even dare to correct them.

- Stared at, if you dare grasp hold of your feminity and dress that way.

-More offers of assistance than males would get.

@NoahB Simple things like buying a [b]car[/b] can be a different experience for a woman. It’s like you have a sign on you that says “cheat me”...I went back with a male friend who didn’t even have a [b]driver’s license[/b] and he was treated with more respect.

@bijouxbroussard Ever try the Nicole Cliffe method of car-buying? It took me about a month and depended on the dealer accepting an offer he probably shouldn’t have, but I had (eventual) luck with it.
