It happens during the times of the year when I'm extremely stressed.

I know I often can’t sleep

I toss and turn for 8 hours, those 8 second folks make me jealous.😟

i had it the past 6 years,you get use to it , i can go 72 hours without sleep without even thinking about it ,its become my norm .😕
