@curiosi I’m sure it’s happened here many times too, maybe not known to the public with a background check, just the ones who hadn’t got caught yet but had connections with DHS social workers etc. There is a network of them in the USA.

@curiosi People are fed up to the eyeballs with this crap. The way child molestation cases were handled by courts was in favor of the parents and usually it was one of them involved in the molestation. I saw that myself in a parenting class where all parents had to attend if they had a court case involving child custody. To watch a mother break down and cry because the judge was allowing the father to have every other week weekend visitation with a little 2-year old boy who he was accused of raping, each time the boy would come back she’d take him to a doctor to be examined because he would be bleeding again, that was very hard for me to witness in that class. They also had a group that would do art therapy with these children, a woman I worked with said she volunteered with the children and they would draw the most horrible pictures of usually naked men & what they did to them. She said after a couple of years of getting her stomach turned she had to stop. Those children usually got unsupervised visits with the molester because the whole goal was “To keep the family together”.
