Do u still get a sunglasses tan from clear glasses?

Does the sun go right thru?Like instead of getting the whole block out effect from wearing shades?

Not for me anyway

When I lived down South with constant sun, I had tan lines from my regular glasses. My grandfather called me “chouette” (owl). 🤭
