When was the last time you got to tell someone “I told you so.”?

I have a five year old, so pretty much every day.,

I could all the time .
I have been around long enough ,
and made so many bad mistakes of my own .
That my kids and Grandkids actually say
"don't finish that sentence Dad "if you do you know its going to happen "
My best friend swears I am a medium and can see the future .
But its just experience .
But with that experience ,I can be a bit of a kill joy ,
But I will be the first to say "I made my share of bad choices and mistakes "
Who am I to stop you from making you're own .
But I do bite my tongue a lot .
Its hard not to say I told you so ,especially after you spelled it out to them .
but I don't
My Dad was the real wise man .I hated his "I told you so" speech's .
It was like ,,"Lord ,can't I do anything he doesn't always end up right "?

Get a lot of chances but I don't.
