More home made, less fast food.

Home made. This way I can can make it however I want to. Plus it’s less likely to get any “special” seasonings in my food when I’m the one prepping it.

Home made. If by fast food you mean the likes of KFC Maccas then yuk. I do buy stuff like chinese/thai/indian which is bespoke-ordered and made fresh so that's not 'fast food'.

I prefer food that i cook myself!

Both but for fast food it depends on the diner.

Fast food is laden with toxic ingredients. Homemade has love infused in it.
