what’s the best way to regularly clean a kitchen floor with grout?

Should i use a steam floor cleaner? I usually mop but then then grout gets dirty super fast. we have a large area of tile throughout the house.

I’m going to buy a spin mop for my kitchen & bathroom floors. Have been using a bar mop towel & spraying it down with white vinegar & water and cleaning on my hands & knees but sometimes my back isn’t feeling so good & I need an easier way. Should be really quick with a spin mop.
