God never said anyone was guaranteed a long life... Babies die in their cots only days old.. Some people live past 100 years .. Neither example has anything to do with the existence or otherwise of God..
I don't see how anyone could use such a fact to support the denial of God.. There is no logic behind it.. maybe some emotions but no logic..

@SW-User There has not even been close to a trillion people on earth lol. Go back just 100 years and on earth we were 1.6 billion, that's 6.1 billion less people on earth than today, 100 years later. Go back a couple thousand of years and you'll find there's only a few million on earth.

@SW-User Faith has powered those who have contributed money, talent and time to the innovative cancer treatments, at MD Anderson, for children's illnesses .... leading to so many breakthroughs, I doubt we could describe them all ... in a nonstop week.
The Ronald McDonald Treatment Centers, pivotable to Childrens illness treatments and recoveries and aligned with MD Anderson ... out perform the non-community/non-faith based treatment options provided in urban areas.
And out-perform UK treatment alternatives for children, by many magnitudes.
Currently, the worst treatment for children, with cancer, based on life expectancy... are with those facilities in the Northeast, unaffiliated with faith organizations.
