What us the scariest type of scary movie?

Realistic serial killers. Fantasy things don't really bother me too much because I know they don't really happen.

Real life things, Kissed with Molly Parker creeped me out.

Personally, i love a good mind fuck horror. One that really gets into your mind and fucks with you psychologically. The blood and gore scenes just add to it.
