In Ontario, Canada, you can be charged with assault if you throw a paperclip at someone

Totally the same as if you throw a brick with murder intent.

@revenant after the Trunp election I wanted to move to Canada, but it seems to have swung the opposite of the US, which is just as unappealing to me.
