Is it me or have we accepted Covid -19 as new normal

Don’t get me wrong, I painfully live with it everyday at work but the rest of the world seems have bounced back pretty quickly .

10 weeks into a quarantine, makes it the new normal. Even when a vaccine is available, people will have adopted a new way of life.

Yes
I have a feeling things are going to be different even after /if there is a vaccine

@Niloo We're going to have multiple vaccines, starting as early as September (if the Chinese take shortcuts with safety protocols), there is very doubt of that, at this point. However, our habits will change.

- Work from home, or distance working, will be expected, as opposed to being an exception, and more tools will be available, to make it better. The majority of white collar, office workers, might be able to do that.

- Shopping online. People discovered how convenient it is. They may not want to switch, and online retailers will deploy new automation tools/robotics, to make it a permanent thing.

- We will be more apprehensive about hygiene in public, and how close we choose to get to other people.

When 9/11 happened, it changed the way we travel, and no one thinks twice about it now.
When HIV happened, it changed the way we have sex, and no one thinks twice about it now.
When online dating happened, it changed the way we meet people, and no one thinks twice about it now.
