@Picklebobble2 lol. Yep. They can't be bothered, the job is too small. I didn't see Platinum's response till after I posted. See if any of your neighbors can recommend a good handyman or see what you can turn up in your area on an internet search.

Any competent builder could do it as with most building jobs...

It's a very easy job and even a handyman could make a satisfactory finish...I was a builder all my life and most jobs are common sense ....try handyman , a lot of them are good workers@Picklebobble2
