What all chefs hope to teach their young staff

Even if they are pushing you and you feel like you can't take anymore. This is why chefs are so hard on people

I think this applies to most walks of life.
Chefs are looking for Michelin stars or the equivalent.

@Moonpenny I mean I was pushed really hard. My mom was my executive chef and she carrys her kitchen like her kitchen. Much like he does. But I have a work ethic like no other as a result
