That is none other than former Prime Minister Sir John Major.
Ridiculed in his former guise, he shyed away from the public limelight following his ousting as Conservative party leader,having been portrayed as a dull,grey figure on the satirical TV show Spitting image.
Only to reinvent himself as this 'naughty colourful character'.
These days he's happily semi-retired although rumour has it police would like to interview him in relation to some late night assaults on burglars and other villains up to no good in the hours after dark.
