I can't handle being yelled at. I fight back, but almost always end up crying. Does that make me weak?

Your not weak ! The person yelling at you is trying to break you down. I was yelled at tonight to the point of almost being hit. I usually cry but tonight I stayed calm and video taped him. So tomorrow he can look at it! Stand up for yourself without fighting back and in your heart know your ok.
