shares. lol, If the drug is so promising, why would chief financial and medical officers sell all those shares?

@hartfire It does not work like that.Shares are individually owned.The share sale will not raise money for the company.Only the original flotation and releasing new shares does that.
@tallpowerhouseblonde Yes, I knew that, but I made the mistake of thinking that when you talked of the med and tech staff selling shares, it was because they were launching a new prospectus.
If they're selling shares they already own in the company, that's a mystery, unless they already know that there's something wrong with their research or the company's business prospects.
