How do you spell pathetic?

How does a 30+ year old man (accident on not) URINATE on himself in his sleep and the first thing he does is not go take a shower, but sit in his mother's living room and go on similar worlds? .....btw he's blocked me on here so he won't see this.

If he'll go, take him to a psychiatrist. He may have clinical depression or another mental illness. Consider moving on because he is not able to reasonably care for himself.
