How do you spell pathetic?

How does a 30+ year old man (accident on not) URINATE on himself in his sleep and the first thing he does is not go take a shower, but sit in his mother's living room and go on similar worlds? .....btw he's blocked me on here so he won't see this.

That has to be an indication of serious issues. Incontinence happens, but not bothering to clean up after, that's a frightening lack of self care.
