How do i get my cat to stop play biting?

He was a stray for 2 years...
I've him less than half a year...
But anytime we play, he bites me... he especially nips at me when I stop petting him... like.. [i]Hey I didnt SAY stop![/i] but he does it kinda aggressively. How do I tone this down?

Have you ever seen My Cat from Hell on TV? That guy (Jackson Galaxy) has a web site that might be helpful. I'm not a cat person, so I have no real idea - with dogs, it would be about instilling bite inhibition in the way you play with them, but cats? Have minds of their own. I hear. :)
