I'm not sure about "nicest" as I've enjoyed many spots!
I am not a good swimmer at all, worse still in fresh water, so have to be careful to keep within my depth, but I've enjoyed a few places on the Dorset coast. That is why I recognised Ringstead Bay from your photos: it was a Sumner afternoon detour from my commuting route for a few years.
Also a place near Weymouth called Overcombe Corner, with a very pleasant cafe adjoining the beach.
Despite the stream's name (R. Piddle!) I did once have an enjoyable ten minutes or so of a Summer afternoon, "swimming on the spot" in it where it crosses Wareham Common. I'd found a short stretch free of water-plants above a sandy floor, and my swimming such as it is, was at about the same speed as the current against me.
