Is your city still under Quarantine?

@SW-User Some nail salon owners got a lawyer & made a lawsuit against our mayor & the city because she ordered them to remain closed while hair salons & other businesses could open. The judge temporarily ruled that they could open until the case went to a higher court. She backed down saying she only cared about the safety of the citizens. Then a police officer in a small town south of here made a remark about her on FB, saying that in the old days a mayor like that would be dragged out to the courthouse lawn & hung for what’s she done to this city. She filed a police report on him & they found in his favor saying it wasn’t a threat. She is not well-respected here, and she has a law degree.

@cherokeepatti yeah... people are fed up. I say open up and people practice distancing and wear masks or whatever they feel they need to do. This virus is not going anywhere.... It may mutate and reassort... but it’s going to be with us a very long time. We need to get on with it.

@cherokeepatti I feel like I can’t breathe with it on But is mandated for my job... if I don’t, I wouldn’t be able to work...
