What does it mean if you are calling and it says voicemail is full?

It means the person you are calling has not answered his phone for a while and hasn't emptied his voice mail for a while. You are limited on the number of voice mails your mailbox will hold.

I once got spammed by a business I considered doing business with. Would not leave me alone despite me begging. I let it go to voice mail til it was full and when they called they couldn't leave any more messages.

It means the recipient hasn’t gone through and deleted their phone messages. So there’s no room to leave a new message if the person doesn’t answer the phone.

@Thexboxoneguy1991 The person has to check and delete their messages. Until he or she does, callers will continue to get that recording.
