I went over 24hrs of not eating yesterday...

It was so bad, my stomach clenched with nothing inside so hard at the end my body was quivering. I couldn't even hold a gallon of milk. I couldnt even turn the cap. Dunno how some people fast

I think it gets a bit easier when you are doing it not alone.

And fasts are never for 24 straight hours.
