They are not well matched. Also note women will generally only go out with and tie themselves to men who are their socio-economic superiors or equals. That is part of their being hypergamous maters. Men mate across and down dominance heirarchies whereas women mate across and up dominance heirarchies.

@Anonymartyr Well there is a difference between bonding oneself with a winner and a brute. They are not necessarily the same thing.
