@longhairedcougar If the truth were actually told, neither is better than the other. Males and females both have natural attributes that give them an advantage over the other. There are areas in which women are no competition for men and there are areas where a man hasn't got a chance against a woman.

I have no jealousy at all. I'd be very proud of a partner for doing well and let them know as often as I could.

It's just not true. Hence I suggested something that I would be guaranteed as a man to beat you at.

Neither however is the opposite true. Men and women compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses, and to say that one is always capable of beating the other is just daft.

@Quizzical But.... Just to make a point, there are exceptions to any rule. I watched a 6'3" 275 lb. man arm wrestle every guy in a club one night and there was one guy that held him to a draw. 2 days later I watched a 5'4" 180 lb 55 year old woman put him down in an honest match. That is not bullshit. There are those you have to be careful of.

@OwnerOfMany Well, though there ARE always exceptions to the rule it sounds more like he let her win... the power of potentially getting laid can transcend almost anything, lol. The biology and physics of that situation simply make her winning through strength alone ridiculously unlikely.

Now, I'm not a particularly fit guy, I'm overweight, have spent my entire life either sat behind a desk or lazing around in bed, have never managed to go to the gym for more than a couple of sessions in a year and I've never yet met a woman whose physical strength has come anywhere close to my own. Not even those women I know who are gym freaks (one of whom is actually a bodybuilder).

I'm not for a second saying that makes me superior as a person, or as a human, it just means I am naturally stronger, and that's without any sort of training at all. It's just a matter of simple biology.

@Quizzical No, he did not let her win, she was the one who taught him how to arm wrestle. He tried to win that one. About a year and a half after that incident, he finally did. That woman had amazing strength by nature.
