From youtube is easy once you get the process figured out.
1)Go to the youtube video then press the arrow below the video.
2)This opens up options so select email.
3)Highlight the youtube video code and press copy.
4)Move back to SW and press the video icon then paste into the box.
5)Accept the insert video option and post.Job done.
