Where to go when everything is closed?

I have been in a foreign county for the past month and everything is closed and I mean everything. There is nothing to do and I am bored. What should I do for entertainment?

@jackson55 Reading is an option. Netflix is not in this country. Hulu is only in the US. Amazon maybe, but the internet speed is 0.5 MBs, so no.
