Have you received one of these?

I just received an email with nothing but my name in the text. The sender's email address is just random letters, but her name showed up. I can't find anything linking her name to scams. What's up with this? I receive a lot of spam, but this one seems different.

@Cambion: I know right.. I would change all your passwords just to be safe because the creepers can access information through opening up emails
