However luck is the belief that there is something greater controlling the outcome of events, and by believing in luck, you're worshipping luck, and by worshipping luck, you hope you will get "lucky", however that is a lie because you're worshipping a lie...

so to sum it up.. if you were to use your "lucky" number, the chances are the same on any other number from the information you were given in the start of betting, or something like that.
