Have you gained weight since you've been quarantined at home?

@SW-User Mine haven't. Can't get out to the gym. Too much time at home. Easy to do too much snacking. Ugh.

Exercise at home that's what I do and go for walks.
Better than nothing. And knowing everyone else is going thru this helps as well.@Tomorrow

@SW-User I agree. I need to step up the exercise - I am not good at home exercise though.

I just walk around inside for 20-30 minutes and then lift weights and then toning exercises then stretches. It makes you feel good that you did it afterwards and then being home isnt so bad. Or just go outside for a walk. Its good for you.@Tomorrow
