I was actually wondering that about my ex today.
I am in a happy relationship and have been for more than a year but my ex was my first love and he broke up with me so abruptly because of lifestyle differences (he claimed to be still in love with me) and I was wondering if he ever thinks about me from time to time.

Yes sometimes but I just have to see or hear something that reminds me of them and all the good things come back and how I miss them.
