I have an appointment with my therapist tomorrow... It's going to be a video chat.

I've been a part of the Telemental Health program through the VA for about four months now. We meet once a week and I can tell you it's one of the best things to happen to me in a long time. Though, sometimes mine will have some connection issues and we finish up on the phone, it's made a world of difference not just for my mental health, but my physical health as well.
