Your Streets Have Alot Less Traffic?

Here in Provo, Utah, the streets are usually full on Saturdays, it is probably half that busy now. But there is still a little life. But half less traffic, is a heck of a lot less! 🤷‍♂️

Still a lot of traffic around here. People just aren't taking it seriously. Had to take my mother to the grocery store yesterday. I thought it best to stay away from people and sat on a bench by myself to wait for her to finish. Some ASS came over and stuck his face right in mine (about 1 inch away) to talk to me. People are IDIOTS!
I live in Santa Fe on a four-lane main drag. I would never do it but I would almost feel comfortable letting my dog run loose, there's so much less traffic.

@Mamapolo2016 Cerillos Road?
@KevinOfTheHill That's the one. We never have big-city traffic with jams and stuff - but it definitely keeps moving.

They do here too, in my Southern English town.

I've not had to use the pedestrian-crossing lights for two weeks now, the main road is that devoid of traffic - much less than half the normal volume.

I lived with my hub in Provo years ago. He has family there.

Live outside of Seattle and the traffic is way way less but people still shopping like crazy at the stores.

@TryingtoLava I was joking. I grew up in that church. I left the church a couple of years ago. Started thinking for myself. 🤣

Its the same where I am. Its so much nicer.
There’s definitely a difference where I live. The main street near me feeds off and onto a freeway leading to the Bay Bridge. So especially in the evenings there was a lot of traffic from people waiting to leave the city. I could usually look down from my window and see people waiting in their cars, often for quite awhile. I’ve only seen a few cars lately, no backup. And the stores and restaurants are mostly closed, so the pedestrian traffic (usually crowded from people coming here to shop) is almost nonexistent.

Yep, it's pretty nice.
