There's more people walking past my house than ever. I know they are allowed to exercise but why do people find the lockdown so difficult?

Many people are no longer permitted to go to work and are not used to being tethered to one place. We are learning to appreciate getting outside for fresh air and Spending time in a different environment. Children are no longer in school, therefore, have no recess or outlet for their energy. We are all just trying to Make the best of a strange and unfamiliar situation.

Being in “lockdown” makes some people uncomfortable and anxious. Look at caged animals...without room to move they become aggressive and pace the walls of their cell. Hell, even prison inmates get an hour or so out of their cell in the outside.

Don’t assume everyone is comfortable being closed up away from the world.

They encourage you to get and go for walks though, just keep your distance is all.

I have a field at the front of me where I walk most days. It's a popular place to walk dogs but fewer people are bringing their dogs out, apart from this morning when the sun was out. They were all practising distancing, which is fine. I for one, need fresh air and as long as people are sensible, there's nothing wrong with exercising this way. After all, C19 isn't an airborne virus.

Exercise isn't essential anyway. Some people haven't left their house in years haha

I have barely left. I have exercised 3 times in nearly 3 weeks so don't look at me 😂

Going outside isn't any issue. It's grouping together that is.

That said I don't understand how people can hate their houses so much
