If you had an important job interview and on your way you stop at a coffee shop, you see a familiar face

Someone you deeply love and admire. Would you stop there and ask that person why they disappeared, how's everything or you'd just ignore them and leave, what if that person calls you, would you still ignore them and pretend to not recognise who he/she is?

I’d acknowledge them, but I’d let them know I was en route to an appointment. Depending on if I considered it a good idea I might talk with them later. I wouldn’t let them stop me from going to the appointment, but I wouldn’t play head games, either.
