Is America fihacialllygoing to survive the virus ?

Of course we'll survive. We have tremendous natural resources, near-infinite arable land, a decent industrial base, and a huge chunk of the best universities on Earth. All of that will come back when the virus recedes; it's just a matter of when and to what extent.
