How are you staying sane?

So basically the "whole world" is in isolation now, so that every single person can just sit at home and think about all that's been suppressed 🙃

How are we supposed to stay sane now? Cause I'm too close to loosing my mind 😂

I feel a little guilty because my life has changed very little. I work from home, in the mountains, so I work, hike and go to the grocery store once a week. So, from my perspective, if you have a place near you that will get you in to nature safely it wouldn't be the worst idea.

@Ynotisay I'm actually in an open space now, so I have room to move, but still feel locked in since I can't actually go places, and spend a lot of time alone 😅
