@Oster1 I believe part of the problem is that I need more potassium, and sometimes I forget to take magnesium and get enough almond milk.

@Nimbus have to be balanced with sodium, calcium and potassium, for mild leg cramps if I have taken magnesium and drank milk I get up and get some pickle juice or eat a half of a large dill pickle and it helps
