A lot of people I know are having a really hard time of it, feeling really isolated and in a dark place. How are you handling it? Is all the news overwhelming you?

Been inside since Thursday and it's starting to annoy me.
[i]Please await the impending doom that will be with you shortly[/i] is a wholly depressive message to get on all bloody media and i'm sick of seeing 'Talking heads' on tv saying the same.
