A lot of people I know are having a really hard time of it, feeling really isolated and in a dark place. How are you handling it? Is all the news overwhelming you?

Been inside since Thursday and it's starting to annoy me.
Please await the impending doom that will be with you shortly is a wholly depressive message to get on all bloody media and i'm sick of seeing 'Talking heads' on tv saying the same.
