Well what is black culture and who is white folks?. This is why I don't like it when people define things by race because its too general and it's not the correct resolution of thinking.

@MeowsoliniReturns I don't live in an area where people say that. I know people who grow up in those areas share the same culture as they grow up in it together. Pretty much the only people who say that grew up around that. I know your point but thats technically not "stealing" if thats all you know.
