Eating disorders and double standards?

why is it common for people to be more sympathetic towards anorexic and bulimic people, but no one bats an eyes with emotional/stress eating due to past trauma? are we just so into fat shaming we can't be sympathetic? I've seen the my 600 pounds life and most people i feel bad for.

I would never fat shame a chick so long as her boobs are in proportion to her figure.
One can’t help their boob size lol @AthrillatheHunt

@AthrillatheHunt yeah no, thats still shaming. most women like me cannot help breasts and proportions sizes, like some men cannot help having small dicks.

Maybe I’m just projecting my preferences here. I find larger ladies very sexy, and yes I’m a boob man.@MissLlyn
