I do that a lot. Work tired me so that I could sleep Now I cannot work, cannot sleep and cannot have anything that would help me sleep because it aggravates the condition.

@Anonymartyr i have been out drinking as i spend all sunday in bed. i got hoime just after 1am. now i feel tired. lol

@bigboyshaun I can't get out much anymore as I have trouble sitting up, standing or walking. Boredom keeps me awake.
